Communes Zone 12 Awards will be issued to amateur stations and SWLs only in SSB.

May be claimed for having contacted (heard) and received a QSL card from an amateur station located in one hundred different communes of Chile.

Each claim must be accompanied by a statement from any two licensed amateurs, than the applicant certifying that the QSL cards of the contacts listed are in the possession of the applicant.

Foreign not federated members will be charged 15 IRCs per award.
